We’re not all about wine. It’s
time for a beer dinner. Join us for a night of outstanding beer with a
special visit from the owner and founder of Boulevard Brewing Company,
John McDonald. Founded in 1989, Boulevard Brewing Company has grown to
become the largest specialty brewer in the Midwest. Boulevard’s
mission — to produce fresh, flavorful beers using the finest
traditional ingredients and the best of both old and new brewing
techniques. And they do it soooo well. Pair these great beers with good
food from Rolling Hills Executive Chef Gilbert Sanchez and you have a
night to remember.
As a special treat, Wichita will be the first in
the market to taste Zon beer. It’Boulevard’s seasonal summer beer
and won’t be released into the market until the week after our dinner.
