New Belgium Brewery Dinner at Cibola
This
dinner will feature the Beers from New Belgium Brewing company of Fort Collins
Colorado paired with a spectacular Beer menu prepared by Chef Keith Studebaker.
Joe Hardy the "New Belgium Beer Educator" from the Brewery will share
some of the history and style that make this handcrafted producer one of
Americas best. Seating is limited to 50 attendees! Cost is $50.

Daniel Bradford World Beer Dinner at The Hyatt Wichita
Daniel
Bradford owner/publisher of "All About Beer" magazine has selected
some great beers from all around the world and worked closely with the chef at
the Hyatt to produce a beer menu that compliments each of the worldly beers.
Dan will present each beer and food pairing, offering a little background on the
style, production technique, ingredients and how they come together and work
with the food pairing. Dan is a knowledgeable, talented speaker that will
provide great humor and entertainment as we enjoy this dinner. Seating is
limited to 150 attendees. Cost is $50.
