This year's holiday event will be a real culinary adventure with a Spanish
flare. Join your fellow AIWF members for a spectacular multi-course menu
featuring some very special new wines from Spain. We'll begin the evening with a
"Tapas" reception and some tasty Cava, the famous sparkling wine of
Penedes. Then it's time to sit back and enjoy a menu specially prepared by
Joumana and Randa Tobia of the Olive Tree Bistro. This event is subsidized by
your chapter, what a great time to encourage your friends to join AIWF and visit
Spain without leaving Wichita. We will be saying farewell to chairman Guy Bower
and other key board members, introducing the new board and presenting the 2002
Continuing Education Scholarship award to the winner. Join us for an evening of
great food, music by Classical guitarist David Brodie and the outstanding wines
of Spain! Black Tie optional.
