"A DELIGHTFUL EVENING" COFFEE, CHOCOLATE & DESSERT

Join us for an extraordinary evening of coffee, chocolate, dessert and after dinner liqueurs. To begin, we will meet at the Spice Merchant at 6:30 P.M. and then make our way in small groups down the street to Cero's. You will travel in a limo from business to business. Here we will learn and be enticed by the chocolate story. Barbara Evanhoe and the staff will demonstrate chocolate and candymaking techniques and tell us a little of the history of the delicious Wichita tradition.
After Cero's, we return to the Spice Merchant where coffee master Bob Boewe will show us the process the "bean" goes through before it gets to our cup. He will also talk about some of the current trends in the coffee industry. Then we will enjoy desserts from La Galette and after dinner liqueurs.
Cost: $20.00 for members: $25.00 for non-members.
