Take a trip to Washington State with the wines of Stimson Lane Vineyards &
Estates narrated by Jeff Miller, Director of Wine Education for Glazer's of
Kansas. Stimson Lane produces and markets a broad portfolio of premium
wines from acclaimed vineyards around the world including Chateau Ste.
Michelle, Columbia Crest, Domaine Ste. Michelle, Snoqualmie, Col Solare,
Villa Mt. Eden, Conn Creek, and Stimson Estate Cellars. The company also
produces the award-winning Eroica in partnerships with the Mosel's Ernest
Loosen and Col Solare in partnership with Tuscany's Marchesi Antinori
collaborating with our Chateau Ste. Michelle winemakers. Stimson Lane is
known not only for its outstanding wines but also for bringing Washington
State's Columbia Valley to the world stage ranking among the top 10 premium
wine companies in America.

Sorbet of Wild Mountain Huckleberries
Entree
Twin Medallions of Tenderloin topped with Foie and Shiitake Mushrooms and a
Merlot syrup accompanied by a Medallion of Wild Atlantic Salmon wrapped
with Parma Prosciutto and rolled in cracked pepper, broiled and topped with
Sweet Pea Foam. Served with Fresh Asparagus and New Red Potato Rings
