Let the Dueling Chefs crown the winner!
Join us at the lovely Mason home for a Caesar Salad
Cook-Off! Two winners
will be chosen - Best of Show and People's Choice by "The Dueling
Chefs":
Damian Lehman and Larry Walker. Prizes will be awarded and most of all, we
will get to try some outstanding Caesar salads. Participants in the
cook-off will need to bring their own "dressing" fixings and any
special equipment they need for the judging (four servings). Also, plan to
make enough dressing to dress 30 salads. We will provide olive oil
and other standard ingredients. Please let Nelda know by noon, August 15,
if you plan to enter.For those who just want to wine and dine, we will
have salad fixings with grilled salmon and chicken, bread, dessert, and of
course, wine. Enjoy a selection of summer wines from Toasted Head, Hogue,
R.H.
Phillips and more.
