Osso Buco made with Veal shanks braised with Olive oil, White wine, Onions, Tomatoes, Garlic, Anchovies, Carrots, Celery and Lemon peel and served with Risotto and Asparagus

Citrus Panna Cotta, Blended Citrus of Orange and Lemon cooked with cream and Grand
