As summer wanes and cooler days and nights are close, it’s time to bring a little fall into the picture and what better way to do it than with the outstanding wines of Pali Wine Company. Pali is the culmination of a love for great wine, great people and great times. Our company was founded by dedicated folks with something in common – a determined desire for excellence and a love of the good life without any pretense or stuffiness. Pali loves Pinot, plain and simple. When the wine is made properly, it is a delicious expression of the vineyard from where it is grown, more so than any other grape. Whether from Santa Rita Hills, Russian River Valley or Willamette Valley, Pinots can taste divine yet be completely different from one another. Pali strives to produce Pinots that accentuate the flavors imparted by the individual vineyards.

Join us as we sample small plates exquisitely prepared by Olive Tree Executive Chef Randa Toubia and staff and designed to compliment these superb wines. The evening begins with...
