We’re going on Safari!  With the Wines of South Africa
June 3 -- 7 p.m.
Eggs-Cetera, 242 N. Mosley
(Between Flashbacks and Mosley St. Melodrama, Old Town)
Cost: $32/$40- non-members

Begin your trip to South Africa aboard the African Queen II, a 37-foot luxury motorcoach touring the United States bringing you a taste of South Africa. After your sojourn on the bus, we’ll enjoy outstanding food prepared by Uptown Bistro Executive Chef  and Managing Partner  Jeremy Wade at one of his newest venues, Eggs-Cetera. Our South African menu includes:

Bronzed African Red Perch with Pineapple Chutney and Couscous
Serengeti Sauvignon Blanc

South African Rock Lobster Tacos with Papaya and Harissa hot sauce
Goiya Chardonnay/Sauvignon Blanc

Wild Mushroom al la Vol au Vent
Goiya Shiraz/Pinotage

Lamb Chop “Ghengis Khan” marinated in Hoisin and crusted with Pine nuts and
Bread crumbs and served with Saffron Yellow rice and Raisins
Serengeti Shiraz

Beef Bobotie with Potato Rosti and Sherry vinegar tomato glaze
Serengeti Cabernet/Merlot
