Tie on your kilts an' bring your taste buds to The Taste of Scotland,
Single Malt Scotch event. You'll taste six of the finest single malt
scotches from bonny Scotland paired with outstanding food prepared by one
of Wichita's top chefs, Crestview Country Club Executive Chef Mark Barton.
The tasting will be in an educational setting led by Steve Bergstrom,
Glazer's Director of Sales for Jayhawk Spirit Division out of Kansas City.

Glenrothes Highland 1992 - Speyside
Dalwhinnie 15 year - Old Highland
Glenkinchie 10 yr - Lowland
Caol Ila 12 yr - The Old Isle of Islay
Glendronach 12 yr - Eastern



1st Course
Mahogany Duck

Seared Muscovy Duck Breast present over Mixed Greens tossed with Pinenuts,
Red Onions, Gorgonzola and Balsamic Vinaigrette

2nd Course
Pistachio Lamb Rack
Pistachio-crusted Lamb Rack flash roasted presented with Lavender flower
glaze,
Green Onion Polenta and Roasted Corn, Fava Bean, Turnip Melange

Dessert
Glazed Poached Pear Napoleon
Layers of Caramelized Pears and Ice Cream between Puff Pastry drizzled with
Frangelico Creme Anglaise
