March 25
Create your own Quality Wines at Vintner's Cellar!
1220 N. Rock Road, Derby

Join us for an opportunity to become a "winemaker." Sample from
Vintner's Cellar more than 30 wines, choose one or more and make your
own batch at a private wine party including food, wine and lots of
fun. Once your wine is bottled, you choose your own distinctive label
and by summer, you can be enjoying your wine.

So you want to make your own wine but don’t have the equipment, time or experience. Not to worry. We have the perfect solution!

Join us for a “Private” winemaking event at Vintner’s Cellar Winery of Derby (a national franchise). Experts at Vintner’s will lead us through a sampling of the more than 30 wines they have available and then, you can become the winemaker of your own WINE.

If you choose to make a batch of wine (at a discount to attendees), you will pick the wine

(or wines, batches can be split) you would like to make. The wine gurus at Vintner’s
will apron you and provide you with all the ingredients to begin your batch of wine. You can mix one up TONIGHT! Six weeks later, you will get a call to tell you you wine is ready to bottle, label with a customized label of your design, and take home to cellar until
it is ready to drink. The cost of a batch (24 bottles) of wine depends on the level of wine chosen; prices range from $150 to $260.
While you are enjoying the sampling, take time to nibble on some hors d’oeuvres and
partake of the Italian buffet. This is an extremely limited event — please make your
reservations early. There is NO obligation to purchase a batch of wine. If you would like
to make one at another time, Vintner’s will extend the discount until April 5.
Making wine is fun and educational. You might not be called upon to pick the grapes, stomp them into juice, or pray for a good harvest, but you will gain an appreciation for
the living, breathing nectar that is Wine!
Call now, 682-5502, for reservations by March 22! For information about Vintner’s Cellar Winery, visit www.vintnerscellar.com.
