Itšs the beginning of the holiday season and you want to be
prepared to pour
the finest wines of the season at a price that fits your budget. Join us for
The Winter Wine Fest, an exciting preview of more than 60 wines and begin
your tasting experience.
Representatives from the major wholesalers will be on hand to discuss the
wines with you personally, give you strategies for tasting and offer
valuable buying advice for your holiday entertaining.
In addition to the wines, wešll have gourmet appetizers prepared by
Tallgrass Executive Chef Frankie Raby including Caribbean Chicken Skewers,
Mint & Chili Mozzarella Brochette, Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Blue Cheese &
Pear Crostini, Smoked Salmon Flatbread, Roasted Corn & Black bean Relish,
Turkey & Roasted Pepper Mini Wraps, Artichoke Bruschette w/Black Olive
Tapinade, and Southwest Hummus w/Garlic Herbed Pita Toast. From Dean &
DeLuca wešll be sampling Wine Biscotti and Dean & DeLuca truffles/ballotins.
There will also be a selection of cheeses to taste and purchase from

Piano Player Corky Siebert too!
